Position Overview

The IT intern position will be mainly focused on routine IT projects as well as routine ticket work as needed. Standard work will include hardware replacement, hardware error remediation, common AD (Active Directory) work, general troubleshooting, etc. The position will assist in all tickets as deemed appropriate by the onsite IT manager. 

Essential Functions

- Implements, maintains or supports IT systems and services with complex technical specifications or complex business functions.

- Maintains these systems and services to be efficient and effective.

- Creates standards for IT systems and services to provide flexibility and maintainability.

- Provides resolution of critical situation technical problems.

- Provides information to be used to promote the understanding and benefit of technology systems.
 
- Identifies deficiencies in IT systems and recommends solutions/improvements.

- Assist and train Technical Analysts to support IT systems.

- Provides information to management identifying personnel, hardware and software needs to provide appropriate levels of systems and services within the corporation.

Must be currently attending school and working to complete a bachelor's degree or above.
