Finance Advisory and Service Intern
The Intern will be part of a growing team of professionals with a project-oriented focus towards the betterment of our day-to-day prospect, and client targeted interactions. As a key member of the Harlow Team, the intern will work on a variety of projects that will help the organization increase the high touch level of service we provide to clients as well as receive a broad introduction into the financial services industry.
JOB DUTIES
1. Complete and process client service work as needed
2. Retrieve financial statements for advisors from custodian and insurance carrier
website
3. Organize, file, and manage client documents and records
4. Develop understanding of annuities, life insurance products, and retirement accounts
through specialized training sessions
5. Handle various small and large-scale projects utilizing excel in order to organize, cleanup and analyze data
6. Opportunity to attend meetings with prospective clients looking for a financial advisor
7. Consult with internal team members and advisors to assist in determining the best
solution for the identified business problems
8. Assist in any marketing efforts:
a. Client or prospect events
b. Plan, create and schedule engaging content for Harlow’s Social Media channels.

Knowledge
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a Accounting, Business, Finance or related discipline
- 3.0 gpa in major as well as cumulative GPA
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
