Are you a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing? David Lerner Associates is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and help drive our branding, communication, and marketing strategies forward.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing to support projects across digital marketing, event planning, content creation, and internal communications. It’s a great opportunity to wear many hats, sharpen your skills, and grow your marketing career in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Help manage and organize marketing projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in planning and executing internal and client-facing events.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for sales and internal meetings.
- Support the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media.
- Coordinate monthly e-newsletters and maintain marketing lists and data.
- Contribute to content creation and brainstorming sessions for new marketing strategies.
- Prepare materials and help host weekly Sales Meetings.
- Provide general administrative and project coordination support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), and Zoom.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Active Campaign, Mailchimp), Canva, Facebook Business, LinkedIn Business, and WordPress is a big plus.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Zapier, Google Ads/Analytics, basic HTML, and photography/video production.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Occasional evening/weekend events and light travel to branch offices or corporate meetings may be required.
