Production Manager

Production Manager Location: Oxnard, CA Salary Range: $122,400 - $153,000

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to lead and optimize farming operations within Reiter Affiliated Companies (RAC). This key role is directly responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality crops through innovative strategies, efficient budgets, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day farming operations from land preparation to harvest.
• Develop and manage planting plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead crop production teams to achieve maximum yield and quality.
• Manage operational budgets and capital expenditures.
• Foster a safe, motivated, and high-performing workforce.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of production agriculture management experience (berry crop experience preferred).
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Advanced English and intermediate Spanish proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agricultural Pest Control Adviser (PCA) license.
• Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) license.
