Job Description
The Marketing/Operations Manager will assist with management, promotion and marketing the current inventory of properties for sale for a highly successful Real Estate Agent team within TTR Sotheby's International Realty.
This motivated, well-rounded professional will be part of a high-energy, fast-paced structured office environment. You will be responsible for assisting with managing property photo shoots, establishing and updating property marketing reports, designing direct mail pieces, creating promotional materials, general office administration, social media marketing, assisting with the day-to-day operations of our office, including but not limited to: direct interfacing with clients, schedule management, property management,
Our proprietary marketing tools and techniques set the industry standard and enable us to successfully sell fine properties in a wide range of locations and prices. The position occasionally requires travel to off-site job locations throughout the Capital Region.

Job Qualifications

- Expertise in Social Media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Google, and Youtube
- Previous experience in Residential Real Estate is a plus but not required
- Candidate must have a car for transportation to and from our office
Compensation and Benefits:
