With 25+ years of experience and a proven model, we’ve helped start 22 thriving schools that are transforming lives across the country.

The Opportunity: Start a Life-Changing School

We’re seeking passionate, mission-driven leaders to found new classical Christian schools in cities where the need is great and opportunities are growing—especially in areas with active school choice legislation. As a School Founder, you’ll receive the training, coaching, and network support needed to launch and lead a sustainable, Gospel-centered school that brings hope and academic excellence to your community.

Key Responsibilities

• Vision & Leadership: Cast a compelling vision for a new school and rally a diverse team to bring it to life.
• Community Engagement: Build trust and collaboration with local families, pastors, churches, and business leaders.
• Organizational Development: Form a governing board, navigate legal and logistical steps, and plan early-stage operations.
• Fundraising & Finance: Design and implement fundraising strategies to secure startup and operational funding.
• Educational Leadership: Recruit and develop teachers, lead student enrollment, and shape a rich, classical curriculum grounded in Biblical truth.

• Proven Leadership: You’ve led projects, teams, or initiatives—and know how to rally people around a vision.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re resourceful, resilient, and energized by starting something new.
• Relationship Builder: You can connect with people across backgrounds and build strong community partnerships.
• Fundraising & Marketing Know-How: Experience with donor engagement and storytelling is a plus.
• Faith-Filled: You’re committed to Christ and excited to integrate faith and learning in your leadership.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in education, ministry, or business leadership
• Familiarity with classical Christian education
• Knowledge of urban community dynamics and challenges
