Front of the House Manager

This position is responsible for all aspects of managing the front-of-house staff while building a highly professional, efficient, and motivated service team. 

Manages and trains food and beverage staff to assure the best possible overall guest experience.

Works with the event coordinator to staff and execute events.

Coordinates the purchase of all beverages and operating supplies.

Maintains approved labor costs and achieves budget targeted results.  

The Front of the House Manager must be sharp, energetic, follow strict service standards and be an exceptional trainer.  

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, and a team player with a great attitude, strong work ethic and have a passion for delivering exceptional service and experiences to our guests.  

At least 2 years of food and beverage supervisory experience and prior leadership experience is required.  

Upscale resort, hotel, restaurant or country club experience is a plus.  

This position needs to always be looking for new ideas and creations to tantalize our guest's palette.  The individual as always needs to keep in mind that we are here to serve our guests and to offer the highest levels of guest satisfaction to ensure they return again and again.
