We are now preparing to beta-test our innovative Passions to Paycheck Assessment and need a motivated, tech-savvy intern to help bring it to life!
Role Overview:
As an intern at Global Wheelhouse, you will play a key role in setting up and launching our Passions to Paycheck Assessment on an easy-to-use platform for beta testing. You’ll work directly with the team to ensure the assessment is set up correctly, is user-friendly, and accessible via a link.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & Upload Assessment: Help set up the “Passions to Paycheck” assessment using tools like Typeform, ScoreApp, Google Forms, Webflow, or any other platform you are familiar with.
- Test & Refine: Participate in beta testing the assessment, identify any user experience issues, and work to improve the process.
- Create Landing Page (Optional): Assist with creating a basic webpage or form where users can access the assessment.
- User Experience Feedback: Provide insights on how the assessment process can be improved to ensure it is easy to navigate and user-friendly.
- Support with Beta Launch: Help organize and prepare the assessment for launch, monitor its performance, and collect feedback from early users.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with building online forms or simple web pages (Experience with Typeform, Google Forms, or Webflow a plus).
- Basic Web Design or UI Understanding: A keen eye for user-friendly design is a bonus (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe XD).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and organize data effectively.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable collaborating with a remote team and providing clear updates.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and stay on track with tasks.
- Interest in Workforce Development: A passion for talent development, career transformation, and innovative assessment tools is a plus!
