Responsibilities:
-Attend weekly sales meetings
-Meet with homeowners to assess their needs and present solutions.
-Educate customers on our roofing, siding, and window options.
- Give accurate estimates to prospective customers
-Close deals on-site with a consultative, value-driven approach.
-Provide top-tier customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Continuously learn new avenues of the industry (Continued education)
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain a quota based on company data
- Network and bring self-generated prospects to the table

What We’re Looking For:
-Strong communication skills
-Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
-Ability to build rapport quickly
-Sales experience preferred but not required – we provide full training!
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends
-Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
