Production Manager

1) Supervise assigned staff (100+), including conducting performance evaluation, updating

                     personnel files, etc.

 2) Ensure that all safety regulations are followed in assigned areas

 3) Responsible for all production activities, i.e., inventory, scheduling, time-studies,

                     tasks analysis, purchase/maintenance of production equipment

 4) Develop and maintain vendor relations

 5) Ensure that ISO policies are followed

 6) Manage gauge calibration

 7) Serve on Senior Management Team

 8) Serve on assigned committees

 9) Interview and hire new employees
