Key Responsibilities:
General Office Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.
Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating internal events or conferences.
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain and update databases, handle routine data entry, and assist with preparing reports and presentations.
Office Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies and reorder stock as necessary to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle outgoing mail and shipments.
Support Team: Collaborate with other departments, assist with special projects, and provide support where needed to ensure the team’s success.
Maintain a Positive Work Environment: Help foster an organized and positive workplace that encourages productivity and teamwork.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in an office or administrative support role (1-2 years preferred, but not required).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor to represent the company both in person and on the phone.
Customer service mindset with a focus on providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with CRM systems, accounting software, or other office management tools.
Basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience.
