Location: Remote 
Duration: 4-6months  
Hours: Flexible schedule of 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with scheduled meeting attendance as needed, typically during EST hours (between 8-10 AM).  

Compensation: While initially unpaid, as we scale, there will be opportunities for compensation and equity-based roles, giving top contributors a stake in our success.

Responsibilities: 

Serve as the first point of contact for early users and assist with inquiries. 

Troubleshoot issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams when necessary. 

Gather feedback from customers to help improve the platform and services. 

Assist in developing FAQs and customer support documentation. 

Maintain customer support logs and track common concerns. 

Perform Ad-hoc tasks as needed 

 

 

 

 

Skills & Qualifications: 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. 

Ability to work efficiently under pressure. 

Prior experience in customer service is a plus. 

 

Bonus Points 

Interest in the automotive industry or AI 

Basic understanding of automation in productivity tools
