
Marketing and Client Service Internship
Program Overview
SpirePoint Private Client is offering a hands-on paid internship opportunity for students interested in careers in marketing, finance, and client relationship management. Interns will gain meaningful experience working alongside senior team members on real projects, helping to support both client service initiatives and marketing efforts.
Key Areas of Experience
Marketing
- Assist in the creation of client-facing marketing materials (e.g., newsletters, social media posts)
- Support website and social media updates with new content
- Conduct market research on wealth management trends
- Assist in the creation and editing of in-house informational videos
Client Service
- Assist with client onboarding documents and follow-up communications
- Prepare client meeting materials and assist with administrative tasks
- Help update and maintain CRM system (client relationship management)
- Support scheduling and coordination of client calls, meetings, and events
Finance Exposure
- Observe investment and wealth planning meetings (as appropriate)
- Learn basic portfolio management and reporting concepts
- Assist in preparing internal reports and client summaries
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in marketing, finance, and/or client relations
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn CRM tools
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Adobe Photoshop skills preferred
