What We Do:
We work with individual contractors (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing and more), Private Equity Firms, National Franchise Brands, Marketing Agencies, CRMs, and outbound marketing tools to configure, connect and visualize relevant data and KPIs from lead to revenue to help those businesses quantify performance and find areas for meaningful improvement.

Job Summary:
The Client Onboarding Specialist will work closely with our Production Manager and Director of Operations to assist in task management, documentation, client communication and project management of individual client and enterprise client onboarding, product training, customer support and marketing/sales support.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of the onboarding process for clients (individual and enterprise)
- Responsible for understanding all necessary onboarding steps for individual and enterprise clients to be informed when bringing on new clients
- Assist with communication to gather necessary information from clients, under the direction of the Production Manager
- Accurately and diligently enter data inputs into Coda (our internal management software) to properly track client information, access information, training materials for onboarding, access information, etc.
- Perform monthly dashboard overviews with clients including follow-up action items to stay close to client feedback, sentiment and overall product experience
- Document FAQs, client requests, and process opportunities improvement to support the engineer and product functions
- Work with the Engineering and Operations team to help QA & troubleshoot new dashboard launches as well as existing client QA requests
