HR and Finance Associate

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for both HR and Finance functions? We're looking for a reliable and adaptable HR and Finance Associate to join our growing team in Pasig City!

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Manage government-mandated employee benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions and filings.

Oversee HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records management, and policy implementation.

Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

Maintain accurate HR and financial documentation and perform timely data entry.

Prepare monthly sales and expense reports for management review.

Reconcile financial data and assist in uploading to accounting software (preferably NetSuite).

Follow up on accounts receivable and support collection efforts.

Assist with finance audits and ensure compliance with government and internal policies.

Perform administrative tasks related to government documents, accreditations, and cross-department support.

Help with the pickup and deposit of funds, as required.

Collaborate across departments to support seamless office operations.

Qualifications

College graduate, preferably with a degree related to business, HR, or finance.

At least 2 years of experience in an office role with similar responsibilities.

Computer literate and proficient with office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).

Experience using accounting software (priority given to those with NetSuite knowledge).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times.

Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Resides near Pasig City or willing to commute.
