CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER

Harbor Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and a minimum of our years’ experience to perform design and management tasks for site/civil projects. Harbor Consultants, Inc. is a mid-size consulting firm located in Cranford, NJ offering engineering, planning, and surveying services throughout the State. Our firm represents a diverse group of private and municipal clients. Candidate must be a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and be experienced with site plans, subdivisions, site design, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, land use and zoning processes, NJDEP Land Use permitting, be able to work within Civil 3D, and be able to provide testimony before land use boards.
