# STEAM Teacher Leadership Role

Join Voice Up Publishing as a part-time STEAM Teacher Leader and become part of our revolutionary approach to education. ### Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop STEAM-focused curriculum that integrates our Voice Up Theory for Learning
- Guide students through our five-step process: discovering purpose, finding passion, learning to speak well, learning to listen well, and providing support
- Facilitate collaborative small group meetings with students and mentors (preK through Grad School).
- Design and implement social impact projects that connect STEAM education with community needs and the purpose of people
- Participate in online workshops with students and families (weekly).
- Contribute to research initiatives in innovative applications of STEAM education
- Collaborate with other educators to refine and expand our educational methodologies
### Qualifications
- Experience teaching in STEAM-related fields
- Passion for purpose-driven education and student empowerment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to commit 10-15 hours weekly
- Creative approach to curriculum development
- Dedication to our core principles: collaboration, humility, precision, patience, and empathy
