We specialize in creative strategy and execution that drives real user acquisition. Our clients include fast-growing DFS apps, leading iGaming brands, and mobile-first sportsbooks.
The Role:
We’re looking for a talented Static Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team. You’ll work closely with our media buyers and creative strategists to develop static ads (images, carousels, and story graphics) for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Your work will help drive installs, conversions, and engagement for real-money gaming apps.
Responsibilities:
Design static creatives using our existing AI solutions for paid social ads (e.g., 1080x1080, 9:16, 4:5)
Repurpose and resize existing assets for various ad placements
Work from creative briefs to execute clear, high-performing visual concepts
Apply direct-response design best practices (e.g., bold CTAs, contrast, hierarchy)
Collaborate with strategists and editors to iterate on ad performance insights
Requirements:
Ability to learn using AI tools to edit statics ads
Portfolio showcasing static ads, social media graphics, or mobile-first designs
Strong eye for composition, typography, and color
Ability to work quickly and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Interest in performance marketing, gaming, or mobile apps is a plus
Nice to Have:
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Figma (bonus: Canva and Illustrator)
Proficient in AI Creative solutions like HeyGen, Arcade.ai or Synthesia.ai
Experience with paid social ad design (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
Motion design skills (basic animation or editing) are a plus
