Looking for someone sharp, curious, and strategically minded to assist in running the business behind a nationally touring band (2.4M+ monthly listeners). You’ll be involved in creative decisions, behind-the-scenes strategy, and helping keep the operation moving smartly and sustainably. This is great for someone looking to get their start in the Music Industry.
This is a part-time apprenticeship for someone who wants to learn how the music industry really works—being inside the room where it happens.
What You’ll Do:
- Help assess monthly income vs. expenses and flag risky spending
- Build financial projections with guidance
- Track ideas, timelines, and execution across releases, merch, and touring
- Sit in on planning calls and weigh in when it counts
- Think like an operator, not an employee
