Search Fund Undergraduate Intern — Summer 2025 (Atlanta | In-Person)
About Dumu Holdings
Dumu Holdings is an entrepreneur-led investment firm focused on acquiring and operating a single, high-quality small business. Backed by a select group of long-term investors, we aim to take over from a retiring founder and lead the business into its next phase of growth.
We are focused on essential service sectors—such as water, waste management, environmental services, and community infrastructure—where operational excellence and care for people can unlock transformative long-term value.
Dumu Holdings is led by Diana Mongare, an HBS MBA with nearly a decade of experience across management consulting and private equity. She began her career at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 companies and governments. She also worked at BlackRock’s Decarbonization Partners, investing in high-growth companies focused on climate tech and sustainability. Beyond investing, Diana has scaled three small businesses in waste management, fashion retail, and experiential events—giving her a unique perspective on what it takes to build and lead high-performing teams.
