Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Provide personalized advice and support tailored to each client’s needs.
- Customize insurance coverage to meet individual goals and circumstances.
- Clearly explain complex insurance concepts in a way that’s easy to understand.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through warm and cold calling.
- Identify and connect with potential leads to grow your client base.
- Evaluate prospective and current clients’ insurance needs effectively.
- Conduct in-depth policy reviews to ensure clients have optimal coverage.
- Recommend tailored insurance solutions based on thorough assessments.
- Share insights, strategies, and best practices with team members.
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Adapt quickly to shifts in the market and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
- Property & Casualty Licenses are required at the time of employment.
- Life, Accident & Health Licenses are required at the time of employment.
- Experience in sales or other client-facing roles is strongly encouraged.
- Must demonstrate trustworthiness, reliability, and a strong ethical foundation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are crucial for success.
- Self-motivation and determination are key personal attributes.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
