Book Publishing Intern

We’re publishing a powerful and visually striking grassroots photo book that brings readers face-to-face with some of the most important thinkers alive, through intimate portraits and thought-provoking conversations. We’re looking for a driven, thoughtful intern to help bring this book into the world and into the hands of those who will truly value it.

What you’ll do:
• Research and reach out to independent bookstores, concept stores, and cultural spaces where this book truly belongs
• Identify and build partnerships with aligned organisations, institutions, and thinkers
• Support communication with our book publicist and help coordinate outreach efforts
• Contribute ideas for launch events, book fairs, or exhibitions to amplify the release
• Collaborate on social content and email updates related to the book’s journey into the world

About you
• You’re passionate about books, ideas, and visual storytelling
• You love the charm and community of independent bookstores and cultural venues
• You have a sharp eye for identifying the right partners and audiences
• You’re interested in the intersection of publishing, philosophy, and visual culture
• You want to work on something meaningful and lasting

Bonus points
• Experience with media or PR, especially around book or cultural releases
• Familiarity with photography books, indie publishing, or literary events
• Comfortable reaching out to potential stockists or partners and following up professionally
