IT Support Intern
Opportunity:
This position will assist with Information Technology regarding configuration, imaging, and deployment of computers as well as phones. Additionally, this role will require updating and maintaining our inventory system for these devices as well as working with our ticketing system.
Qualifications:
Education: College student majoring in an IT related field.
Experience: Microsoft Office Suite. PC Setup and Deployment, Microsoft Windows and Documentation. PC and Phone troubleshooting. Networking and PC Imaging (both preferred).
Areas of Knowledge: Hardware and software diagnostics and repair. Attention to detail. Ability to complete multiple tasks without intervention.
Skills: Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills. Creative, organized, and proactive. Time management skills. Works effectively/efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Punctual and productive. Reporting skills.
