Qualifications: Candidates must possess NYSED certification as a School Psychologist
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct school-age evaluations;
- Participate in CSE meetings;
- Participate in building MTSS processes;
- Collaborate with families and school staff;
- Serve as an integral member of building base special class support team, including classrooms designed for students with autism, behavioral disabilities and intellectual disabilities;
- Conduct and develop FBAs and BIPs;
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure students success and well-being; and
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance skills.
