STREAM Instructor
We’re looking for passionate, curious minds who love what they do—whether that’s coding, chemistry, design, robotics, creative writing, or building things from scratch—and want to share that energy with kids and teens. As a STREAM Instructor, you'll lead hands-on projects, guide discovery-based learning, and help students connect ideas across disciplines. You don’t need a degree or formal teaching background—just deep knowledge in your area of interest, a willingness to learn alongside others, and a commitment to making learning fun and meaningful.
What You’ll Do:
Design and lead creative, hands-on activities in your area of expertise (e.g., robotics, sketching, storytelling, chemistry, textured art, game design, whatever niche makes your heart sing).
Encourage students, especially middle and high schoolers, to experiment, think critically, and pursue their curiosity
Create a welcoming, supportive environment where all learners feel safe to ask questions and explore
Collaborate with a diverse team of facilitators to build engaging cross-disciplinary experiences
Guide learners as they build real skills through projects, challenges, and passion-driven exploration
What We’re Looking For:
A true love for your subject, whether it’s mechanical engineering, digital art, creative writing, physics, or something else entirely
Enthusiasm for working with kids and teens in a collaborative, informal learning environment
Patience, creativity, flexibility, and a sense of humor
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow as an educator (even if you’ve never taught before)
Comfortable leading hands-on projects and encouraging experimentation and problem-solving
Do you want to help kids fall in love with learning? Then we want to hear from you.
