Japanese-English Bilingual Tours & Activities Marketing Associate (FT/OPT)
Job Description:
- This position requires an entry-level associate to make a variety of arrangements for transportation, restaurants, activities, entertainment, golf and spa reservations.
- This position reports to the Senior Manager and will work closely with business partners (vendors/wholesalers) to source, resell and promote our products in Hawaii.
- Operations will make booking arrangements for all Hawaii travel-related products and maintain and manage the system registration and inventory to ensure that it is updated without errors.
- Daily tasks include informing travelers about optional tours, i.e., updating postings and handouts, preparing flyers, and maintaining documentation to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
Work Hours:
- 9am to 6pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break included)
Work Location:
- Waikiki Shopping Plaza (2250 Kalakaua Ave. Honolulu HI 96815)
Work Requirements:
- Japanese language skills required (writing e-mails, conversing with people outside the company)
- Commute to the Waikiki office five days a week, excluding weekends and holidays.
- OPT interns must present an EAD card valid for one year from the effective date at the time of hire. CPT interns are not acceptable.
