JGS Orbit is an advanced AI-driven commercialization intelligence platform focused on streamlining regulatory navigation, reimbursement strategies, clinical evidence analysis, and market access solutions for medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health technologies.

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI & Data Platform Lead to drive the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of AI capabilities within the JGS Orbit platform. This role involves project management, AI-driven data ingestion, analytics oversight, predictive modeling, and continuous platform improvement to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end ingestion and preprocessing of structured and unstructured healthcare data.
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms to enhance predictive analytics and support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate closely with technical teams to integrate AI solutions into the Streamlit-based dashboard and analytics interfaces.
  • Oversee rigorous testing, validation, and refinement of AI and ML models, ensuring reliability and peak performance.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for AI-driven feature enhancements, making strategic recommendations for platform growth and innovation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of AI methodologies, project plans, algorithms, and system processes.
  • Provide high-level strategic oversight and hands-on support for AI-driven platform features, swiftly resolving complex technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Current college students pursuing advanced degrees in relevant fields (Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, or related areas) with substantial AI project experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML model development projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives effectively.
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, and database management systems (SQLite or others).
  • Experience with Streamlit or comparable visualization and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of healthcare data management.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques relevant to healthcare documentation.
