Sport Management Assistant

Seatown FC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sport Management Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our academy and semi-professional team. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about sports, community development, and bringing structure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of games, events, and training logistics.
• Support player registration, roster management, and internal communications.
• Coordinate field bookings, equipment inventory, and scheduling.
• Help manage team travel plans, tournament entries, and league paperwork.
• Work closely with coaches, players, and parents to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain records, manage digital files, and assist with reports.

Experience:

• Experience or studies in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using basic tech tools like Google Drive, Excel, and email platforms.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
• Interest in soccer and youth development is a must!

Commitment:

• 4–6 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
• Some weekend availability for matches or events may be required.
• In-person at Moshier Park (430 S 156th St, Burien, WA 98148) with some remote work options.

Compensation:

• Monthly stipend based on experience and availability.
