.NET Software Development Intern

Tax Network USA is looking for a .NET Software Development Intern to join our team and contribute to building secure, high-performance financial applications. The ideal candidate has backend development expertise with C# and .NET Core/.NET 5+, along with experience in finance-related software.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using C# and .NET Core/.NET 5+.
  • Utilize Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines for version control and deployment.
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Assist in front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Use the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) for workflow management.
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs & Microservices.
  • Manage MongoDB databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Conduct unit testing to validate code functionality.
  • Support financial and tax software solutions by ensuring security automation and compliance.
  • Test and troubleshoot code to ensure high-quality and efficient performance.
  • Communicate with project managers and other team members to define project requirements and timelines.
  • Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability of code.
  • Continuously improve programming skills and knowledge through self-learning and training opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security measures.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+).
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET Core.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Blazor.
  • Experience with financial or tax-related software is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Must be a full-time student or recent graduate with a degree in computer science or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $30/hr
