
Training & Development Intern
As a Training & Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of corporate training, curriculum development, and organizational learning initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience supporting training programs, assisting with content creation, and helping to improve the employee learning experience across the organization. This role will allow you to apply your skills, learn new technologies, and collaborate with diverse teams.
All Interns have the potential to be hired upon graduation. The successful candidate will use the verbal and written communication tools they have learned through education and apply them to a professional setting. This internship is based in Indianapolis, Indiana and the Intern will be requested to come into the office 3 days a week as a part of our Hybrid work policy.
As a Training & Development Intern your responsibilities will consist of:
- Support the coordination of training sessions
- Participating in the onboarding process of new employees through training support
- Assist in the development and design of training materials and programs
- Assist with logistics for key programs, including Bell Techlogix University, Pathfinders, and Illuminations session
- Provide administrative support for ongoing training projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs
- Help track and analyze training effectiveness and employee feedback
- Support various training projects and other programs assigned
Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Must be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) is a plus
