Executive Chef

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for an Executive Chef position at University of Mississippi Medical Center located in Jackson, MS. Reporting to the General Manager, this position will manage all culinary and production operations. Manages production for patient feeding, retail and catering as well as food & labor costs, food safety and waste. Plus scheduling, training and performance management. 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

5+ years of culinary management experience required

Healthcare experience preferred

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a large workforce
