Program Administration Coordinator Intern

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Program Administration Coordinator Intern to support daily operations across our programs, including Early Childhood Education and Club 48. You’ll gain hands-on experience with data systems like Salesforce and Procare, support family onboarding, and contribute to food service and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage family enrollments, waitlists, and participant records in Salesforce

Support onboarding for new families and maintain up-to-date documentation

Assist with billing processes and communications using Procare

Help track meals, submit food orders, and update allergy/health info

Provide front desk coverage and assist with file and data organization

Support classroom and community events as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communicator, both verbal and written

Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking abilities

Comfortable with Excel; experience with Salesforce is a plus

Mission-driven and eager to make a community impact

Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
