Our summer bootcamp offers intensive test prep designed not only for motivated students aiming for top scores, but also for those seeking to build confidence and achieve significant score gains—especially on the SAT and other middle and high school standardized exams.
We are seeking individuals who are enrolled in or have completed degree programs at accredited U.S. colleges or universities—those who are passionate about mentoring and invested in helping students reach their academic potential. As Summer Test Prep Coaches, you’ll receive training in our curriculum and work closely with students in one-on-one and/or small group settings to deliver impactful, personalized instruction.
About the Role:
As a Test Prep Coach, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact lessons using Aispire Prep’s structured curriculum. While your primary focus will be SAT prep, you may also be assigned to support students preparing for other standardized exams such as the PSAT, ACT, SSAT, ISEE, or HSPT based on program needs. Preparing thoroughly for each lesson is expected. This is an immersive, fast-paced internship ideal for those who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and take pride in supporting meaningful academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group lessons in SAT and other test prep subjects
- Follow Aispire Prep’s intensive curriculum and performance benchmarks
- Prepare thoroughly for each lesson, customizing where needed
- Monitor student progress and provide actionable feedback
- Demonstrate strong professionalism, time management, and subject mastery
Qualifications:
- SAT score of 1550+ (new SAT) or 2300+ (old SAT) required
- Preference for those who successfully self-studied
- Must be current students or recent graduates pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree from a U.S. college or university
- Strong communication, reliability, and adaptability
- Demonstrated empathy, responsibility, and a commitment to student development
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization
