
Seasonal Manager
Job Summary:
As the Seasonal Manager, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, customer service, and maintaining a fun and professional environment. This is a hands-on role that requires leadership, flexibility, and a passion for delivering great experiences — both for customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service during open hours
Manage and schedule part-time staff
Train new team members and set the tone for positive customer interactions
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
Handle basic point-of-sale and cash handling procedures
Open and close the stand (keyholder responsibilities)
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed
Ensure cleanliness and health code compliance
Serve customers during peak times as needed
Requirements:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience (food service or retail preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends
Ability to work in outdoor conditions and on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable jumping in wherever needed — it’s a small team!
Schedule & Pay:
Seasonal role from approximately May through early September
Flexible hours, typically 30–40 hours per week depending on demand
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
