Position:  Occupational Therapist, Full-time

Reports To:   Supervisor of Related Services

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid State of Ohio Associate License as an Occupational Therapist
  • Current license from the Ohio Board of Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheet, and database programs
  • Ability to promote positive internal and external customer relations
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to various district sites
  • Successful BCII and FBI background checks

Job Goal:

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing assessment, direct therapy, supervision of certified occupational therapy assistants and consultative services in the development and support of student Individual Education Plans.

This job also entails an opportunity to provide early intervention (EI) services through our Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities 2 days/week. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • IEP writing and data collection skills
  • Familiarity with school district software IEP data base

Compensation:  Per Salary Schedule
