Business Analytics & Management Internship - Summer 2025

Cultivate, OneHope’s esteemed internship program, draws on over 30 years of expertise in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry to reach the next generation. It provides a unique opportunity for students to discover their calling, deepen their faith, develop leadership skills, and contribute to a global mission. Our aim is to equip college students and recent graduates with essential training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in ministry work.

Miscio is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our operations team in establishing, enhancing, and automating processes related to data management and finances. This role offers hands-on experience in streamlining workflows, improving data accuracy, and contributing to the financial health of a mission-driven team.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing data management and financial processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Research potential technology solutions to improve the efficiency of current processes to help meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as Excel macros, Google Sheets scripts, or low-code platforms.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Document processes and provide training materials or sessions to staff as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Alignment with OneHope’s mission, vision, and values
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., VBA, Google Apps Script) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Effective communication skills, including cross-cultural awareness 
  • Ability to work independently
