Please do not apply if you have not yet graduated.

Heller is the agency with HEART. We are a pharmaceutical and medical device marketing agency employing virtually across the US. We are a fully remote company in search of the brightest minds interested in marketing!

As a Client Services Intern / Associate Account Coordinator, we will have you jump right in, assisting with day-to-day account workloads including Veeva uploads, assisting on creative reviews for event promotional pieces such as digital flyers, eBlasts, social media posts, and landing pages. This internship will also include working with senior client services teams on product launch asset development such as detail aids and patient brochures. You’ll assist in coordination of campaign and project activities, ensure proper routing through appropriate channels, have face to face time with clients and contractors, and learn more about the pharmaceutical advertising space, specifically regarding client services and so much more. Through interactions with the project team, interns will receive mentorship and support to help their success on the engagement. Throughout the 10 weeks we designate for this program you will be working on relevant projects, learning about the field, making industry connections, and developing both hard and soft skills needed for this position. Our hope is that after completing the 10-week internship you will want to join our team, full time, as an Account Coordinator!
