Responsibilities:

  • MUST be punctual.
  • Assist CRF staff with daily animal care duties
  • Report any animal health issues to CRF manager or staff in a timely manner
  • Assist CRF staff with facility maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Keeps records of activities

 

Experience and Education

Strongly prefer working experience with animals. Animal science, biology or pre-veterinary students preferred.

 

Knowledge Skills Abilities

·         Ability to handle (or learn to handle) rodent species

·         Keep accurate records

·         Communicates well with CRF and research staff

·         Uses ethical work practices (on time, focuses on work during working hours, shows initiative)
