Volunteer at Red Horse Center's Porch Party

Red Horse Center in Fennville, Michigan, invites volunteers to our annual Porch Party on May 17, 2025. Your time and effort will directly contribute to creating safe spaces for people to heal, connect, and grow.

At Red Horse Center, we are committed to empowering individuals and communities through innovative mental health services and personal and professional development opportunities. We offer experiential programs integrating nature, horses, dogs, and creative expression to support emotional well-being and personal growth. Our work is rooted in healing, resilience, and the belief that everyone deserves access to compassionate, individualized care.

The Porch Party (http://www.redhorse.red/porch) is our annual fundraiser on the farm with herd visits, live music, food and drink, and the artful auction. It is part of our Seen Through Horses Support Drive, showcasing the incredible impact horses have on mental health, personal wellness, and professional development while bringing together the community to help support equine-assisted mental health services. 

Sign-ups for volunteer shifts are now open, and we have a variety of roles where your skills and enthusiasm can make a real impact. These roles range from set-up and clean-up to collaborative art and taking tickets. In addition to day-of volunteer roles, we also have pre- and post-event opportunities.
