About the Role
As our Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of nail technicians and deliver flawless press-on nail services. You’ll drive customer loyalty, ensure operational excellence, and help grow TANGHULU’s presence in Boston—all with a hands-on, customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee daily operations and motivate your nail-tech team to exceed sales and service targets.
- Service Excellence: Personally apply TANGHULU Nails, ensuring every client leaves thrilled.
- Customer Focus: Be the face of our brand—create memorable, five-star experiences.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and coach staff on technique, product knowledge, and upselling.
- Visual & Inventory: Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store standards to keep our flagship looking flawless.
- Local Marketing: Collaborate with HQ on in-store promotions and community events to drive foot traffic.
