  • Work with the Quality Department to ensure all content complies with industry regulations (guidelines will be provided)
  • Assist in the creation and launch of a company newsletter
  • Support internal initiatives such as the NES Summer Olympics by providing light event coverage (photos, short posts)

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Current undergraduate student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong writing and visual content creation skills
  • Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with basic marketing compliance or willingness to learn and follow strict guidelines
  • Interest in healthcare or medical device industries is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Gain:

  • Ownership of meaningful marketing projects that have real business impact
  • Firsthand experience working in a regulated industry
  • Experience building a content strategy from the ground up
  • Opportunity to leave a lasting footprint on a growing company’s branding and communication efforts
  • Mentorship from leadership across departments including Marketing, Sales, and Quality
