PURPOSE/SCOPE OF POSITION
• To evaluate and treat occupational therapy patients in accordance with the physician referral and the Plan of Care.
• To direct and promote patients participation in activities and exercise programs to restore, reinforce and enhance performance in the least restrictive environment.
• To promote quality learning of skills and functions to safely deliver rehabilitation services and promote and maintain health.
• To ensure that occupational therapy services reflect and support Integrity Rehab’s mission/goals and are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
