Internship Overview:


As a Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, content creation, and campaign planning. You'll work directly with our Director of Business Development and collaborate with our Sales & Marketing team to support the company's outreach efforts and agency partnerships.

 

Reports to: Director of Business Development
Duration: 3–6 months with the possibility of a full time position.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

General Marketing Support

  • Assist in updating and maintaining our website with fresh content and partner access approvals
  • Help design e-blasts and manage the email marketing calendar
  • Create engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Organize and archive media assets like photos and videos
  • Contribute to content creation, including short videos, blog posts, and marketing materials

Partner & Agency Marketing

  • Help maintain our travel agency and tour operator contact databases
  • Support the development of sample itineraries and marketing materials for key partners
  • Assist in organizing Familiarization (FAM) trips, including coordination with suppliers and pricing
  • Aid in preparing webinar content and agency training materials
  • Contribute content for consortia platforms such as Virtuoso, Traveller Made, and American Express

Team & Administrative Support

  • Conduct research on potential new travel partners (agencies, tour operators, MICE companies)
  • Help organize logistics and research for upcoming trade shows and sales trips
  • Provide general support to the Sales and Marketing team with calendar planning and communications

What We’re Looking For:

  • A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas
