
Front Desk Administrator/Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Coordinate mail, packages, and couriers
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Support office management and administrative tasks
- Assist brokers and leadership with scheduling and light data entry
- Order and stock office supplies
- Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments as needed
🔹 Requirements:
- Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion, dependability, and attention to detail
