Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated IT Operations Analyst to join our growing team. You
will play a key role in supporting the development, optimization, and governance of our internal systems,
helping to drive efficiency and ensure best practice across our data and reporting processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Systems Development & Optimization
• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal systems to support financial and operational reporting
needs.
• Design and optimize data flows from source documents to reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy
and efficiency.
• Assist in the development and customization of financial reports within our internal systems.
• Code Governance & Best Practice
• Promote and apply coding best practices, ensuring consistency and maintainability across all
development activities.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development standards and
processes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system processes, data flows, and coding standards.
IT Projects and Support
• Provides assistance in the use of computer hardware, software and any other systems used by
the business.
• Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed
guidelines.
• Administer and maintain user accounts.
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you may be required to perform other IT related ad hoc
duties or projects.
Technical Knowledge / Skills Required:
• A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of related experience is required.
• Knowledge of Wolfram Language, VBA, and SQL is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions, is a plus.
• Hands-on Git is a plus.
• Passion for learning and extending your knowledge regarding emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to listen and understand business needs.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail to identify patterns.
