Position Qualifications:
- Current CO Licensure or ability to obtain licensure
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
Responsibilities
- Provide trauma informed care with a focus on mental health using a holistic approach.
- A passion for working with youth of all ages with a variety of needs
- Experience with children in a therapy setting a plus
- Knowledge of evaluation tools
- Execute therapeutic programs
- Ability to motivate clients during sessions
- Excellent communication skills with children, multidisciplinary team and families
- Maintains timely report writing and submission
- Ability to serve as a resource to the clinical staff
