Applicants will possess:
- A passion for working with youth of all ages
- Experience with children in a therapy setting
- Ability to motivate and regulate clients
- Excellent communication skills with children, multidisciplinary staff and families
- Ability to serve as a resource to clinical staff
- Design & Execute therapeutic programs
- Maintains timely report writing and submission

Qualifications:
- Current CO Licensure or ability to obtain licensure
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients and parents/guardians
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
