Manufacturing Engineering Intern

As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will support the engineering and production teams in improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and increasing operational efficiency. You will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing environment, working with cross-functional teams on real-world engineering challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive company success by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Transform our production facility with Lean Manufacturing concepts and processes.
  • Be a vital part of the New Product Development (NPD) team, introducing innovative parts on time.
  • Champion the Kaizen & Innovation Process to continuously improve and innovate.
  • Optimize in-plant logistics and develop efficient supply methods

Experience / Educational requirements

  • Be pursuing a degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering 
  • Helpful projects would include line balancing, automation, NPD, and safety/ergonomics.
  • Technical knowledge of vacuum pumps, compressors, engines, coolers, and electric panels is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts, automation, and technology trends like Industry 4.0.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in IT tools like Line Balancing AVIX, ERP, MES, and Factory setup is a plus
