Product Operations Intern

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Product Operations Intern will provide support to the Manitou North America team with specific focus on process improvements and analytics for the Sales Operations and Product Management teams.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Identify and implement more efficient workflows and processes across product and sales operations teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, tools and best practices.
  • Help teams adopt new methodologies and tools.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform product decisions.
  • Assist with market research as needed. 
  • Create corporate presentations as needed.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for technology.

 

EXPERTISE:

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work 10-20 hours per week during the summer and while in school.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and work well independently.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, document creation and digital storage management.
  • Effectively prioritize multiple tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.

 

EDUCATION:

  • Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor or Associate Degree in marketing, business management,  and/or product management degree.
  • Students must meet a minimum of sophomore status.

 

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONNECTIONS:

  • Ability to work in a complex network in a matrix organization

 

PAY RANGE:

  • Base pay will be $18/hour

 

LOCALIZATION AND TRAVEL EXPECTED:

  • This position is located in our corporate office in West Bend, WI. 
  • Limited/No Travel
