DroneHive Overview:
DroneHive manages a robust network of FAA certified drone pilots to support the aerial data collection needs of our clients across many industries and around the globe. Our projects can be simple or complex, a single flight or many.
Job Overview:
As a DroneHive intern, you will support multiple functions within the company and gain
lots of exposure and experience across our diverse operations. This is a remote(work from home) office desk position.
Your work will support Recruiting, Flight Operations, and Business Development.
Office hours are M-F 9 AM to 5 PM, with an hour lunch break.
We are offering $12 per hour for the position, up to 20 hours per week.*
You will work closely with management from all departments. You will also gain experience
with multiple software platforms that help us manage these workflows most efficiently
(Slack, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Google Docs, Sheets, Drone Deploy, Airmap, and many
more).
Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Geographic recruiting when urgent gaps arise
- Interviewing Pilot applicants
- Confirming FAA database for Pilot RPIC
- Updating Client Documents
- Updating Flight Calendars,
- Verifying Invoices
- Data Entry
- Managing Email campaigns;
- Coordinating pilot and client meetings

Requirements:
-College degree, or currently pursuing a college degree
-Passion and interest for unmanned aviation and the future it holds
-English Fluency
-Strong communication skills
-Strong intrapersonal skills
-Creative Problem solving
-Previous work experience in hospitality or related industry
-High Speed Internet Connection
-PC (laptop or desktop capable of most online tasks and functions)
